AirBnb Start-Up

$500 per bedroom ($1000 minimum with the exception of studios)

Start-up and furnishing fees will be based on how many bedrooms the property has. Ex: A 3 bedroom home would be $1,500 fee. Actual furnishing costs will vary depending on style and the space.

Management

$350/month for 1&2 bedroom $450/month for 3+ bedrooms

Unlike the traditional management companies who take a percentage of total earnings, we offer a set price that will never change no matter the earnings.

Cleaning

$400 /month for 1&2 bedroom $500/month for 3+ bedrooms

We offer a set cleaning rate no matter how many turnovers you have for the month! No extra laundry fees, its all taken care of.
