AirBnb Start-Up
$500 per bedroom ($1000 minimum with the exception of studios)
Start-up and furnishing fees will be based on how many bedrooms the property has. Ex: A 3 bedroom home would be $1,500 fee. Actual furnishing costs will vary depending on style and the space.
Listing Set Up
$150 - General listing set up
$300 - Listing set up with professional photos.
Listing set up with professional! We can optimize your listing with expertise in the local market such as wording, pricing, and photography. You don't even have to use our management! This is just an extra service we provide to those who may want to manage themselves.

Management
15% of each reservation
Unlike the traditional management companies who take 20-25 percentage of total earnings, we offer a lower percent that is based off your nightly rate only, not cleaning fee.
Cleaning

Cleaning fees as set based off the size of the property, how many beds, and how many bathrooms.
